Description:
There have been many southern charmers. Dare we say ours is one of the most charming? Our Southern Rose Charmer, a blue-eyed, bend knee, Cissette with her curly red hair pulled up into a ponytail, is wearing a pink taffeta dress. The short-sleeved gown is decorated with rose braid, yellow roses, a green satin waistband and has an embroidered satin band with ruffled binding at the hem. A white petticoat, pantaloons and thigh high stockings are worn beneath the gown along with pink shoes. Southern Rose Charmer has white gloves and a brown hat that is charmingly trimmed with brown, pink and rose pink braids, black tulle, yellow flowers and has a black tulle band.

Layaway Plan Details
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months.
Layaway items are shipped when paid in full.
Please note:
1. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
2. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
3. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders. Payments should be mailed to:

4. Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
5. The Matilda Company reserves the right to cancel any layaway order when no payment is received, or credit card payment is not approved, for any 60 day period.
