When an item is not yet available or backordered, you may reserve it. No deposit is required. When paying by credit card: Reserved or backordered items are charged to your card the day they ship to you.

Description:
10" Citizen of Emerald City makes quite a fashion statement as she walks about that greenest of cities. She, a green-eyed, bent knee Cissette, has short, curly red hair that's worn under a green and blue, funnel shaped, straw hat that's topped with bright blue feathers. The hat goes fabulously with her two-piece ensemble made from a blue/green floral jacquard. The fitted jacket, with long sleeves, is embellished by gold buttons and a chartreuse sash. Flower appliqués fashioned from blue satin and blue/green organza ribbons add additional style and flair to the jacket and compliment the three-tiered skirt. The green lace that peeks out from beneath each tier of the skirt goes beautifully with the green of her tulle petticoat. Blue stretch, tulle stockings attached to a spandex panty, high-heeled, green pleather boots with faux gold, snakeskin backs and round, black wire rims with green lenses complete the look for this Citizen of Emerald City. Layaway Plan Details
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months.
Layaway items are shipped when paid in full.
Please note:
1. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
2. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
3. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders. Payments should be mailed to:

4. Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
5. The Matilda Company reserves the right to cancel any layaway order when no payment is received, or credit card payment is not approved, for any 60 day period.
