Description:
21" Vanity Affair Cissy African American, is an ultra stylish Cissy who wears a coppery brown with gold brocade print dress. The knee length, fitted dress becomes spectacular with the addition of an overlay of ribbons in the back that creates a bustle effect and a circle of brown feathers that begins where the dress ends. The feathers, brown with pink polka dots, can also be found on her open toe shoes and hat. Setting off the dress is a furry, cropped, brown jacket that closes with a bow. Vanity Affair Cissy carries a pouch purse and wears golden brown and gold beaded earrings and necklace. Her hat, sitting high on her two-toned red, short, cropped hairdo, focuses attention on her beautifully painted face; brown eyes that have been lined with black and her deep red lips. Vanity Affair Cissy has certainly received the correct name, for anyone who looks and dresses like her deserves to be a bit vain, even when opting to switch her platinum, with brown accents in the back, cropped wig for her red wig. Layaway Plan Details
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months.
Layaway items are shipped when paid in full.
Please note:
1. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
2. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
3. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders. Payments should be mailed to:

4. Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
