Description:
Horton Hears A Who, but who exactly is he hearing? Why golden haired, blue-eyed Wendy and her pink Who, is who. As for Wendy, she, with pigtails and bangs, is as adorable as she could be in a blue and white frock that consists of a white waist with puffed sleeves and collar that have been trimmed at the edges with orange and, a blue pique skirt, the edge of which has been screen printed with marching Who's. A plaid tie and blue sash encircling her waist completes her Horton Hears A Who dress. Which, when combined with a white petticoat that has a tulle ruffle, orange step-ins, lacy socks, black flocked Mary Jane's and blue ribbons in her hair gives her an overall look that Horton loves. And while that wonderful creation by Dr. Seuss™ is blue, he's not unhappy. Who could be with Wendy and her pink Who around all the time? In fact when Horton Hears A Who, he knows exactly who, who is.

Layaway Plan Details
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months.
Layaway items are shipped when paid in full.
Please note:
1. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
2. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
3. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders. Payments should be mailed to:

4. Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
5. The Matilda Company reserves the right to cancel any layaway order when no payment is received, or credit card payment is not approved, for any 60 day period.
