Description:
Scarlett Mill Cissy combines two favorites, the classic Cissy doll and the character of Scarlett. 21" green eyed Cissy becomes Scarlett in the scene at the mill. Wearing an upswept hair-do of the time, Cissy is dressed in a period gown of embroidered silk taffeta, iridescent silk taffeta, and plaid silk taffeta which has been trimmed with military inspired fringe. Black flocked high heeled boots complete the ensemble, and Cissy's transformation into one of the most fascinating characters of all time. Limited Edition of 350.

Layaway Plan Details
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months.
Layaway items are shipped when paid in full.
Please note:
1. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
2. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
3. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders. Payments should be mailed to:

4. Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
5. The Matilda Company reserves the right to cancel any layaway order when no payment is received, or credit card payment is not approved, for any 60 day period.
