Description:
21" Velvet Deco Dream Cissy is wearing an Erte inspired outfit that has all the flair associated with the Irving Berlin song yet has been designed with a contemporary spin. This highly dramatic outfit features a brown velvet, kimono style overcoat trimmed with iridescent brocade ribbon and turquoise cord. Even more exciting, the butterfly sleeves of this amazing coat sweep right down to the floor. In addition, once Velvet Deco Dream Cissy drops her coat, in a most theatrical fashion, you'll be presented with a very chic, beautifully fitted, turquoise cotton dress that has a high neckline, and a waist that has been cinched in by a half corset. Further, the dress has been embellished with an overlay of brown Cluny lace that sparkles with hints of silver and miniature brown beads. Setting off the dress perfectly is a blue, wrap around, beaded necklace, a brown beaded bracelet, beaded earrings and platform Mary Jane's. Striking eye make-up and blue-black twisted up hair, that's right, blue-black hair, are the final touches of modern deco for Velvet Deco Dream Cissy. Includes a shag wig. Layaway Plan Details
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months.
Layaway items are shipped when paid in full.
Please note:
1. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
2. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
3. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders. Payments should be mailed to:

4. Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
