Description:
Shimmering Touch Cissy glimmers and glows. Everywhere you look, at this fully articulated 21" with blue eyes and a red bob, there is a sparkle. Her turquoise silk trapeze dress is overlaid with black sequin net and has a double layer petticoat beneath. The petticoat combines blue net and green tulle and adds an exciting dimension to the dress. Green sequin straps join at the point where a blue/red/clear rhinestone brooch sits on the dress. Blue net thigh highs worn over black glissenette thigh highs have a shimmer all their own. Shimmering Touch Cissy wears black panties and brown open toed shoes that have a hint of white polka dots. As for jewelry… an orange sequin bracelet and silver earrings which feature rhinestones and one red stone per earring, add more than a touch of glamour. Long black Lycra gloves and an orange and gold sequin clutch that remains closed are the dynamic final touches for Shimmering Touch Cissy.

Layaway Plan Details
Our layaway plan allows you to pay for your purchase in four equal payments: 25% when you place your order and 25% each month for the next three months.
Layaway items are shipped when paid in full.
Please note:
1. Each layaway order must be a minimum of $100.00 in total payments ($25.00 or more each payment).
2. Credit card payments are automatically deducted the same day each month.
3. If you choose to make payments by check or money order, it is your responsibility to get the payments to us in a timely manner. We do not send statements or reminders. Payments should be mailed to:

4. Layaway payments are not refundable and non-transferrable to other orders.
